General principle<\/h2><p data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"262\">In accordance with Article 9 of the Civil Code, everyone has an exclusive right over their image and its use.<\/p><p data-start=\"264\" data-end=\"499\">As part of its educational activities, the school <strong data-start=\"317\" data-end=\"368\">ATHENA \u2013 Ath\u00e9na International Montessori School<\/strong>, a private, independent school located in Bailly, may take photographs and videos of the pupils.<\/p><hr data-start=\"501\" data-end=\"504\" \/><h2 data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"539\">2. Purpose of the shots<\/h2><p data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"615\">The images may only be used for the following purposes:<\/p><ul data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"907\"><li data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"696\"><p data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"696\">Internal communication (educational materials, notices within the establishment)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"772\"><p data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"772\">Institutional communication (website, official social media)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"858\"><p data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"858\">School presentation materials (brochures, pamphlets, information packs)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"907\"><p data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"907\">Publications relating to the life of the institution<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"977\">No commercial use of the pupils' images is made.<\/p><hr data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"982\" \/><h2 data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"1012\">3. Prior authorisation<\/h2><p data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1065\">No images of a minor pupil are published without:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1192\"><li data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1123\"><p data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1123\">Prior written authorisation from the legal representatives<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1192\"><p data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1192\">Signing a specific image rights assignment form<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1222\">This authorisation specifies:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1300\"><li data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1247\"><p data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1247\">The relevant supports<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1272\"><p data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1272\">The duration of use<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1273\" data-end=\"1300\"><p data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1300\">The diffusion perimeter<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1373\">Parents can refuse or withdraw their consent at any time.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1375\" data-end=\"1378\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1409\">4. Protection and security<\/h2><p data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1944\">The images are stored securely and are never sold or passed on to third parties without permission.<\/p><p data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"2057\">The school ensures the dignity, safety and the best interests of children are upheld in all communications.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2062\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2094\">6.
