Trip to Barcelona - October 2025

Unforgettable cultural and human immersion

Our school trip to Barcelona will remain etched in the memories of our students and the entire teaching team. It was a wonderful opportunity for learning, cultural openness and human sharing.

Ecole internationale Montessori Voyage Barcelone

Cultural discovery

The programme was dense and exciting:
visit to the Sagrada Familia, a walk along the Ramblas, exploring the Poble Espanyol, admiration for the works of Gaudí, a walk in the Barri Gòtic, and discover the Parc Güell.

Each of the places we visited aroused the curiosity and wonder of our students, while awakening their desire to learn more about Spanish history, art and architecture.

Our young explorers did a lot of walking, observing and asking questions... A rich experience that left no one indifferent.

Relaxing on the beach

After the cultural visits, a well-deserved break gave everyone a chance to enjoy the Barcelona beach Ball games, shared laughter and a picnic with your feet in the sand.

A simple and joyful moment, conducive to exchanges between students and accompanying adults, in a natural and rejuvenating setting.

A stronger adult-student relationship

The trip also served to strengthen links between students and teachers.
Outside the school environment, in a caring and stimulating context, the young people revealed themselves in a different light.

Teachers have been able to support their pupils in a more effective way. individualised and human, reinforcing the trust and listening to each other at the heart of our Montessori pedagogy.

Involved parents

We were delighted to be accompanied by several parents, Their presence was invaluable, both in terms of supervision and group life.

These shared moments allow families to putting the Montessori spirit into practice respect, autonomy and cooperation.
It's also a great opportunity to build trust between the school and parents.

A rich mix of ages

One of the great attractions of this trip was the mix of ages from CE2 to Terminale, Everyone got to know each other, help each other and live together.

The younger students found caring role models in the older ones, while the secondary school pupils enjoyed guiding and protecting their fellow pupils.
A real group life has been built, where everyone has found their place.

A founding human adventure

This trip will be remembered as a crucial experience :
cultural openness, autonomy, mutual support, respect for differences - all the things we strive to pass on every day at our school.

A huge bravo to all the students for their enthusiasm, their curiosity and their exemplary behaviour throughout your stay.
And a great thank you to the teachers and families who have made this wonderful adventure possible.
